Commission Payments on the 15th of each
month
Override
A Manager is paid on the Marketing Rep/Professional Gross
earnings at 2% payable every December 15th without cease.
Bonus
For every 30 Basic/Professional Stakeholders that a Manager
is able to recruit in a 12 month period, that Manager shall
receive a BONUS of $500.00 payable on December 15th of said
year.
Below are examples of 2 Projected Earnings for a Manager
who recruits 30 Professional Stakeholders who average
$1,000 a month and $2,000 a month for an annual total of $12,000
and $24,000 respectively.
Example:
In a year's time John has been able to recruit 30 Professional
Stakeholders, who averaged $1,000 gross income a month
for a total of $12,000 annually or $2,000 gross income for
a total of $24,000 annually, in their first year.
That would mean that John will receive 2% of the 30 Professional
Stakeholders' Gross income for an annual Manager Override
income of $7,200 and $14,900 respectively.

Residual
Income Payments
All Stakeholders are entitled to the following residual
payment benefits:
10% of all Website Registration with Ad Page (WRAP) renewal fees, payable in one
lump sum annually on or before December 15th of the calendar
year and payments shall continue until website registrant
has a lapse in continual and/or current registration. If a
registrant has a lapse in registration for any reason and
re-registers, the initial Stakeholder is no longer compensated
for income. It is in the Stakeholder's best interest to communicate
with each registrant you have signed to ensure that there
is neither lapse in registration nor your residual income.
Example:
John becomes a Stakeholder in October 2007
and registers 500 Businesses/Ministries (Remember the renewal
cost to register a business/ministry is $100). Assuming
all 500 renew their registration, John will be entitled to
his first residual commission on December 15, 2008
in the amount of $5,000.
Pay Scale for Residual Income
Residual income for Stakeholders is payable in the following
ways:

Manager Override of 2% for each year, payable every
December 15th without cease.
